Alvand is a recent college graduate of Towson University College of Business and Economics.
His experience conducting independent research in labor and poverty economics has earned him
hands-on training with economic theory and has made him proficient in the creation and
application of economic models to represent empirical data. He is formally trained to statistically
analyze quantitative and qualitative data to an advanced degree in order to extrapolate high level
conclusions and recommendations.

Alvand earned his degree in Economics and a minor in History with commendations from the
dean of the university and the head of the College of Business and Economics. He has many
years of professional experience working with clients in fast-paced service industries and is
committed to providing service with the utmost respect and efficiency.
