With more than 25 years of client service experience, Kathleen Lipshultz plays a central role in ensuring a seamless and thoughtful experience for every client in Eric’s practice. Katie leads efforts to enhance our client service model, streamline workflows, coordinate scheduling, respond to service needs, and manage projects that support both daily operations and long‑term growth.
Prior to joining the team, Katie supported a successful President and CEO as an executive assistant and worked closely with the Vice President of Finance. She also ran the client service and marketing functions for a small investment practice, giving her a deep understanding of the needs and expectations of financial clients. Her professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail elevate the service we provide.
